The Tax Law area has focused its practice on tax litigation, both in administrative and judicial proceedings, with extensive experience in representations and defenses before the Internal Revenue Service, General Treasury, Tax and Customs Courts, and in Superior Courts of Justice, as appropriate, in cases of high complexity.
Our team has extensive experience in tax planning and restructuring matters, at national and international levels, providing consulting on the structuring of corporate businesses and investments, for both individuals, family offices, family businesses and business groups. In this sense, our firm has led and participated in various operations, including mergers and acquisitions, project financing, divisions, capital increases, dissolutions and liquidations of companies, among others.
